Cancellation Policy

1. If participation is cancelled at least seven (7) business days prior to the scheduled start date for a workshop, there is no cancellation fee.
2. If participation is cancelled less than seven (7) business days prior to the scheduled start date for a workshop there is a cancellation fee of 50% of the fee of the workshop.
3. The cancellation fee is waived if a colleague replaces the cancelling participant. It is suggested that the replacement be identified at least five business days prior to the workshop to allow us to send the necessary pre-work and the links to the material/learning portal.
4. When the cancelling participant decides to move the registration to another up-coming workshop, the fees paid will be retained as credit towards future participation
