The Neethling Brain Instrument Profile is a tool that tells us about where we, as individuals, start and end in our thinking on a topic, conversation, interaction, event, situation and a customer request is no exception.
At the end of this module, you will understand:
- What thinking styles and processes you prefer, in relation to others and the role of preference in influencing upwards, motivating teams and managing difficult relationship
- How preference shapes communication and listening styles
- How to engage a style/preference that is so different from our own.
- How to spot the clues in an engagement to mirror what the urgency, need and tone of the other is as appropriate.
One on one virtual sessions at a time of your convenience
Assesment scheduled on June 2nd 2018.
Debrief of the assessment is one on one virtual session and will be conducted at a time of your convenience. Participants will be given a booklet with details of their assessment.
